For Employers
  • 1. How to join?

    Click on "Sign Up" at the top of any page. You will be taken to the Account Setup Page. Choose the services you will need and click submit. Then, click on each downloadable form and fax them to our office. (407) 246-1377

  • 2. Is there a term contract?

    No.

  • 3. Are there any start up fees or reoccurring fees?

    There is a one-time application fee of $40.00. There are no yearly membership fees, or any other fees.

  • 4. Is there a monthly minimum?

    No.

  • 5. How are we billed?

    Clients are billed at the end of each month, for services used during that month. Clients have net 30 days to pay. Invoices are sent via Postal Mail.

  • 6. What if I forget or want to change my password?

    You must fax any password related questions to our office on company letterhead. We will call to confirm. At that time we will handle your password questions/changes.

For Consumers
  • 7. What are the turn around times?

    Turn around times vary depending on service(s) ordered. Times range from instant to 2-3 days. (Some out of state driving records may take longer). Call for exact times.

  • 8. Who do we contact for billing questions?

    Contact our main office @ 407-246-1914 and ask for accounts receivable, or just email questions to jra@criminalscreening.com.

  • 9. How do we order service(s)?

    You can order service(s) through our online ordering system or via fax (407) 246-1377. Corporate orders will not be accepted until accounts have been set up. If you have other questions, please click on the 'Contact Us' link at the top of any page to find out the different ways you can contact us.

  • 10. What information do I need for an accurate background check?

    For completely accurate results you should provide full name (including middle initial), date of birth, social security number, address, and maiden name (if applies). However results can be achieved in some cases with just full name and one other input.

  • 11. How do I make payment for background check?

    Customers can either pay through credit card authorization, or call and pay by phone.
